This beautifully located townhouse is surrounded by an ample amount of cafes, restaurants, parks and nightlife, moments away from Oxford St, Bulimba, Hawthorne Ferry Terminal and Morningside train station.
This fully furnished home has a bedroom on either level, private garden (with a lemon tree), aircon and crim safe windows, large double garage with plenty of storage space, shared alfresco balcony, kitchen, living area and lounge room.
Home will be shared with myself (female) and puppy.
I work from home Monday to Friday during 8:30am-4:30pm, so it’s important my new flatmate doesn’t require being home during these work hours also. I can work around the rare occasions with notice :)
I am clean, friendly, trustworthy and want to make sure this is a home that feels mutually comfortable, welcoming and an enjoyable place to live.
