Hi I’m Matt. I am the home owner and I occupy one of the bedrooms. I am a sparky and use the lower level of the house for storage for my electrical business I have been renovating the house for the last few years and while the upstairs areas are complete, the yard still requires a bit of work. While I occupy the room I rarely stay there.
