Excellent location, close to Park Rd, Milton Station, buses and ferry. Many restaurants to choose from, and a few nice bars.
Modern unit. Your room has an ensuite, air-conditioning, TV bracket, built-in wardrobe. It is unfurnished but I can arrange a queensize bed for you.
Rent includes electricity. The building has a wifi network which costs extra.
Uniquely furnished. The living room feels like an adventure. It's a bit quirky, and I like it that way.
