Modern unit. Your room has an ensuite (own bathroom), air-conditioning, TV bracket, and built-in wardrobe. It is unfurnished but I can arrange a queen-size bed for you. You have a secure, underground car-park.
Excellent location, close to Park Rd, Milton Station, buses and ferry. Many restaurants to choose from, and a few nice bars.
Rent includes electricity. The building has a wifi network which costs extra.
The apartment is uniquely furnished. The living room feels like an adventure. It's a bit quirky, and I like it that way. There is a large, outdoor area including BBQ and TV for use on the same floor as the unit.
