Two bedroom house with a shared living dining and kitchen. Looking for a housemate for $330/week inclusive of internet electricity will be split 50/50. I work from home 90% of the week and unfortunately the office space won’t be shared. Single bay garage for you to use. Home located 5 minutes from Westfield North Lakes and Costco. Two train stations close by incase you need to get around with public transport.

I have a three bedroom town house with a fully furnish bedroom available. The third is an office space as I work from home. It is apart of a complex so there are other neighbours. No other parking within the complex. Shared swimming pool. Amazing part of North Brisbane and only a few minutes away from Westfield north lakes and Costco. There are two train stations close by if you need to catch public transport in.
