It's a three bedroom apartment, with one bedroom as a home-office with a fold out sofa if family and friends come to stay. The 2nd bedroom is where I stay (I'm the owner of the apartment) and the master bedroom is available for rent (see coloured area in floorplan photo). Master bedroom includes a newly renovated ensuite bathroom.
The main bathroom is shared, and contains the laundry space with a clothes washing machine.

The apartment is fully furnished, so would suit a student or someone who is new to the city and getting established. There's no TV in the house, so if you're a couch potato, this isn't the place for you. The home doesn't lend itself to working from home regularly. I rarely work from home and expect similar from you.
