A room available in a 4 bedroom house in Logan Central. I am looking for a mature, fun, caring and interesting housemate to share with me and my existing housemate (male 23).

I'm an almost 25 year old guy with a mild disability. What I offer is the opportunity to have your rent partially covered in exchange for providing some general company and limited assistance at night.

Assistance would be as simple as having a chat, helping maintain the house, sharing the cleaning and gardening, sharing a meal once a week.

I have a small team of separate support workers employed to support with my share of the cleaning and gardening, some home help with meals and community access.

There is an open plan area including lounge with large screen TV and dining. The kitchen has a shared fridge/freezer and shared pantry with lots of modern appliances.

Bills and expenses

Opportunity to reduce rent to $100 per week by way of a reimbursement in exchange for some general support under an agreed hosuemate/mentoring agreement. The reimbursement is to cover the part of the rent, nbn and water. Electricity to be shared between housemate. For more info talk to Jo.
