Hi my name is Kerry. Welcome to my property summary. My townhouse is a warm, available immediately, spacious home with downstair lounge, dining, kitchen, laundry and courtyard all decor presented, clean with working appliances including clothes dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum, TV, stove, oven, Air fryer, slow cooker fridge and microwave. Bills are included such as the water and electricity. Bond of 4 weeks rent will be lodged with the RTA and 2 weeks rent upfront in advance is required to move in.
Upstairs you can find Master bedroom with ensuite and 2 vacant rooms and Master Bathroom (which is for full time use of the tenant but am asking that the bath tub be accessible to the Owner/ Occupier at times) and separate Toilet.
The smaller of the vacant rooms is used for the 2 small indoor puppies that live onsite. They are both clean and spend much of their time in the Master Bedroom with me. Maxwell and Taco are loved family pets at age 13 and 9.
The townhouse complex is gated with visitors carparks available and on street parking available too. Smoking outside is fine.
All you need is the bag on your back to move in immediately.
