Beautiful, large low-set 3-bed brick home, 600m² block, in a quiet street & very close to shops, cafés, restaurants, schools, & transport.

Looking to share with one other person, the house is spacious enough for two, a bit of help with the mortgage would be great! I run my own business (separate office space in the double lock-up garage) so the house mostly free for you to enjoy. I am down-to-earth, caring, kind. I love a good laugh & enjoy having trusted friends over for a drink, music, & a swim. No late-night parties unless the neighbours are given a heads-up for special occasions. Originally from Sydney so travel back & forth when possible. Upcoming Travel: I will be away from 10th December to 14th January, meaning you will have the entire house to yourself during this time.

The lounge room has a Large comfy leather L-shaped lounge with ottoman (seats 6) and a Large HD Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, apps). TV unit, coffee table, rug & Fish tank (I feed the fish).

Fully equipped Kitchen, all utensils & appliances, spare pantry & fridge/freezer shelving available. Happy to share cost of general household items (bread, milk, eggs, etc.)

The Dining Room has a Large wooden dining table (seats 6).
