My room has an ensuite so your room will include the main bathroom to yourself. This has a shower and toilet. You will be the only one using the shower but on the rare occasion there are guests they may use the toilet.
Unit has list access with security pass.
Washing machine and dryer available for use. Kitchen also has dishwasher and airfryer.
Can organise a fixed price with bills included if you prefer.
