10/10 flat with a 11/10 housemate

I’m new in town and I'm on the lookout for a solid roomie to share this sweet pad with.
The flat is relatively new but be aware spiders have been spotted! So skilled spiderhunters to the front please!

• There’s a day-concierge, rooftop views that'll knock your socks off - perfect for Riverfire spectating, BBQ stations and all the gym and pool amenities you could ask for.
• You'll get your own space with a small desk, built-in wardrobes and your own bathroom with two sinks, a shower and a tub🛁.
• Need some time away from me? There are plenty of spots to hide from me in the common areas of the building or you can even rent out the private dining room or cinema in the building for your own shindigs!

Now, let's talk about you:
Obviously, you need to be clean, quiet, respectful, and non-judgy when I eat Nutella straight out of the jar.
Someone tone deaf who can’t hear how bad I am at singing would be a bonus.
