Description of the home
The apartment is in a prime location in Kangaroo Point and is walking distance to a fair few pubs, cafes and restaurants (there is also a ferry stop right out the front that will be finished in early 2024).
We have a big balcony with an amazing view of the river. The apartment isn’t super modern but I’ve tried decorating it nicely and air-conditioning is included in the rent which is a bonus!
The apartment itself is virtually fully-furnished (my current housemate is taking the fridge though so if you have one that would be great!), however you would need to furnish the bedroom yourself.
You’ll have the master bedroom (with ensuite) and direct access to the balcony as well.
There’s no carpark but street parking is readily available.
My current housemate is not renewing so I would need you to sign onto the new lease with me in early December, and then the room will be available in early January when the new lease actually starts. :)

I’m very much a home body on weeknights and like to keep things quiet, I’ll usually go to the gym and then just mooch around at home making dinner etc.
My weekends are a mixture of going out for drinks/food/adventures but I also enjoy my downtime and having a Netflix binge!
I’m very respectful of others and their personal space and am happy to keep to myself but I also enjoy a good chat and being able to hang out/enjoy the apartment together. :)
