Clean townhouse in quiet, convenient complex. Fully furnished. Close to all amenities and public transport. Dog lovers a must as while my dog doesn't bark, he loves people, is very friendly and is a bit spoilt. Room used to be occupied by my niece who lived with me until recently. Home is now occupied by me and my dog. I myself am a quiet professional who works from home most of the time. Although my office is upstairs opposite the room for rent, I'll be using the bathroom in the master bedroom most of the time. I also travel for work occasionally and when I go on holidays . Room price includes electricity, water, internet, netflix and binge. TV and Chromecast can also be supplied for the room should one be needed.
