Modern house. Beautifully furnished shared spaces. 10min walk to Gaythorne station (Ferny grove line). 2 min walk to park & ovals. Bus stop nearby. 10min walk to Brookside shopping centre. 13min walk to Blackwood St, Mitchelton with great cafes & restaurants.
Currently There is one male and two females house mates in our 20s living in the property. One of us is moving out on 7/6/26 out and we’re looking for a new third housemate.
Currently one bedroom with optional furnishings is available (Double bed). This room shares a bathroom with a female housemate. The room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There is on street parking.
The house has solar panels.
Electricity, water usage and wifi bills are not included in the rent. They are in addition to the rent and shared equally amongst the occupants.
Bond is 2 weeks rent.
There is also a separate shared lounge/office.

I enjoy going to the gym, running and a good tv show.
I work full time and my fellow housemate also does too.
On the weekends, you can find me playing volleyball, going for walks, cafe-hopping and batch cooking.
I love having a chat, but also appreciate personal space. I’m clean, tidy and respectful and I’m looking for some housemates who are the same.
