All furniture can stay in the room for an extra $1000 as it all belongs to me. This includes; TV, King sized bed (all bedding, pillowed included) 2 bedside tables, a lamp, and a few cupboard and draws. I will sell them before moving out if you would rather an unfurnished room.
I had the carpets cleaned about a month ago in the bedroom, and regularly deep cleaned. All my belongings will be gone other than what I have mentioned.

Includes a large balcony and lounge area. Kitchen is fully equipped. This will be taking over my lease which ends in August. But opportunity to stay on the lease afterwards. I have LOVED living here absolutely no issues but am leaving the country in may:(
