The building has a very well equipped gym, pool, spa, cinema room and common rooms.
Located across the road from Valley Metro, 1 stop to the city, catch the train to the airport, and walking distance to James St precinct.
The building is located within the Entertainment Precint. There is an outdoor night club across the track that is open to 3am Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Building has reasonable sound insulation, but it's important to disclose if you want a quiet inner city livin, then you need to consider if the Valley is for you.
Off street parking available at an additional cost based on other people renting out their parking space, approx $50-$60pw.
