There is a shopping centre walking distance away with Coles, Aldi and Kmart, as well as smaller speciality shops.

About the occupants
I currently share my home with my beautiful old Basset hound so you would be the only other person in the house.
Compatible people
The ideal flatmate is a non-smoker and someone who also loves dogs and would enjoy taking him on the occasional walk. Friends are welcome to visit, but big, noisy parties are not favoured due to the neighbours, and a mutual respect of one another's belongings is a must. A shared responsibility for keeping the place tidy and clean is also important and if you enjoy gardening, perhaps you can advise me as to what are weeds as distinct from other plants :-)
Description of pets
My old hound is a gentle-natured boy who can be as lazy or as active as I am, despite his old age. A warning though - never leave your smelly socks lying around on the floor!
