The bedroom which is available has built in wardrobe, TV aerial point, Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning, Remote Ceilibg fan and light. The bedroom is located at the back the home with two big windows over looking the backyard landscape.
The house features high raked ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and a decent kitchen with plenty of storage and dishwasher. There is covered backyard entertaining space and level grassed area provide the perfect setting for shared enjoyment.
The lower level has 1 of the bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom along with a 3rd living space the laundry is also down In this space. This area provides dual living and this is Lorraine’s area.
The home also has solar which helps with monthly outgoings.
