The townhouse is located in a quiet, relaxing community with plenty of nearby shops and convenient public transport options. One of my favourite local spots is the Archerfield Wetlands—only a 2-minute drive away and perfect for a peaceful walk.

The available room comes with a built-in wardrobe and your own generously sized bathroom, giving you plenty of privacy. There’s also additional storage space in the spare bedroom, which currently houses my crafting supplies and a growing collection of books.

I’ve lived here for two years, so the home is already nicely furnished. However, if you have your own furniture, I’m more than happy to make space for it so everything feels like yours too.
