Luxury living at its best a massive house with all the bells and whistles! This room is so beautiful great window and the private ensuite bathroom has a double size shower and vanity! Very private down it’s own hallway at the top of stairs! The upset landing has an open study area great for anyone needing to do work or study! It’s pretty quiet most of the time, About us I am a single mum with two teenage kids in senior schooling years and run my own business which is very close by! We also have an 11 year old cat called Bella, who keeps to herself but will suck you into feeding her if she can lol! My children both work casual jobs and one has her own car and licence now, so our family are out a fair bit!

Your weekly rent will include absolutely everything, fully furnished house, 20mtr lap pool with swim jet, large entertaining area, and all the mod cons you can think of including brand new ducted Airconditioning and heating! Also fast internet ,electricity, gas, water Netflix & Disney Channel! At this point in time I do not have a cleaner so shared responsibility of cleaning each week in downstairs clean mom areas to keep them clean! As running my own business my time is limited! So much room and huge TV’s in two lounge rooms downstairs abd mini Gym this price includes everything, furniture , bedding and you can have your fridge freezer also! Just come meet us and if a good fit move in!

I am a 48 year old Business Owner, who works full-time! I am raising 2 teenage girls currently aged 16 & 17 and have been a single mum for the past 7years! My daughters are very respectful of others and are kind accept when they hate each other “the normal teenage antics” or where “mum is public enemy No.1 “ which goes with the territory on occasion unfortunately! I am pretty easy going and love to help others wherever possible to make them feel welcome and part of the family!

Bella is an 11year old indoor cat not the super cuddly lap type cat but leave your bedroom door open and she will find a comfy spot on your bed and when you get home she will be telling you she has not been fed when most likely she has lol 😂 she loves being around people and is house trained to use automatic cleanning litter box!
