Description of the home
- 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a double garage
- Ducted air-conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, solar, and an inground swimming pool (perfect for those hot days!)
- Both rooms are large enough to fit a double or queen bed, with space for drawers, etc.
- You'd be sharing a bathroom with the other housemate (I have my own ensuite) but I do love to have a bath #selfcare, so thats the only time I'd need to be in there!
- One room comes furnished with a double bed if you'd like it!
- The room in the photos is currently used for extra storage, but it will be cleaned out before move-in. The other room is occupied at the moment, so I can’t take photos of that one.
- Water is charged only for excess usage.
- I’ll likely hire a cleaner (thanks to my chronic fatigue syndrome), but if you prefer not to have this included in the rent, we can chat about it.

Bills and expenses
$250 per week Inc. Unlimited Internet and a double bed if wanted. Electricity is to be split evenly, and only excess water usage charged.

When I’m feeling good, I’m down to binge Netflix, hang out, or even eat meals together – though I’m a big fan of meal prepping. Half for health reasons, half because of laziness haha. I try to stay fit, hitting the gym and going for walks when I can. I’m also all about having a cold bevvy on the weekend – BBQ, beers, and a swim in the pool is on the cards if you live here!
I’m a non-smoker and would prefer to live with people who are the same. If you do smoke, that’s fine, just keep it outside, please.
I have a dog named Henry, a 5-year-old Staffy. He’s a massive goofball and thinks he owns the place (even though he lives rent-free and didn’t pay a cent for the house!). He’s got zero sense of personal space and will jump up to demand cuddles and kisses – so if you’re not into bigger dogs or that level of attention, this might not be the right house for you! You’ll also notice the hair on the chair – that’s his throne, and he knows it.
I’m not a clean freak (I mean, with Henry around, it’s just not realistic), but I do try to clean up after myself and vacuum regularly. I’d prefer to hire a cleaner and split the cost, but I’m also conscious that this may not be something you’d want, so we can discuss that.
I’m a bit of a goofball too (like mother, like son) and have a knack for cracking dad jokes and being completely and utterly lame. I don’t take myself too seriously, and I’m looking for people who are easygoing, respectful, and like to have a bit of fun without overdoing it.
