Spacious house, yard, open kithen kitchen and dining. loungeroom is very spacous plus a great entertainment area. There is a creek across the road for avid fishermen and a park 50m up the road. Train line and bus stops 10 min walk as well as a great fruit and vegetable shop at the end of the street.
I don't have much furniture yet, I can help you move a bed or some cabinets but your room will be empty. There are ceiling fans also in all rooms plus air-conditioning in loungeroom. There is an extra toilet outside for emergencies.

I've just returned from 7 years abroad, picked up a full time job in civil construction and landed a spacious house now I'm looking for down to earth people to share my space with. I like music and movies but im also trying to get into gym and maybe start some indoor soccer or mixed netball.
