Description of the home

Our home is a beautiful, modern, fully furnished, 2 storey colonial brick and timber home, with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Your room will be downstairs, your room also has its own security screen door to the back yard and under the back verandah. Off this room is a bar area with its own fridge, office and lounge. Off the bar room is the gym and pool table area and then the shower and toilet. There is a 2nd bathroom upstairs if the 1 downstairs is occupied.

There is a shared laundry downstairs. The laundry includes a front loader washing machine and a clothes dryer. The clothes dryer is only to be used if it is raining, otherwise use the outdoor clothes line to dry your washing. We have foxtel wired into the bedroom but you have to supply the foxtel if you want it.

front and back verandahs, 4 undercover parking spaces. We have a gym / pool room and bar, quarter acre fully fenced back yard and very private, beautiful gardens. Our home is very neat and tidy and we get a cleaner in once a week.

We have a doctors, convenience store, newsagent, fish and chip shop and hot bread kitchen and bus stop at the top of our street which is roughly 200 metres from our home.

It is a 10 minute walk to 2 major shopping centres, main bus interchange, cinema, restarants and library. We have views over the neighbourhood from our front verandah. We are twenty minutes by car to the city and 30 minutes by bus. It is a 5 minute drive to chandler sporting complex and 8 minutes to Westfield Carindale Shopping Complex. There are 5 major gyms a few minutes away including Good Life and Body Focus.

Bills and expenses

Your rent covers very hi speed internet wifi ,water costs & electricity included ,we supply toilet paper . You pay for your own groceries and your own toiletries. Bond is up for discussion.but usually 4 weeks rent is bond. If you break something you fix it or replace it .
