Description of the home

A good sized 3 bedroom town house. All bedrooms and study upstairs. Living and dining downstairs. Has 2 and a half bathrooms. House already has washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Kitchen is very modern and of a pretty good size for a town house. Dining area is open and of good size. Study is a good size upstairs with plenty of natural light through the day. Bedrooms are medium size. However the cupboards have lots of space and mirrored cupboard doors in both. One of the spare rooms also comes with Ariel connection port for a TV and already has a bed if your struggling.

The walls have all been freshly painted and the house is clean. Small but good sized yard at the back with a small patch out the front with all new turf being laid and very well maintained. The entertaining area outside is not the biggest however can host a good gathering. House comes with a BBQ and dart board out the back.

The complex also has a pool and BBQ area.

There is a one car garage in the house but a big enough driveway to fit two cars.

The neighbours are great in the little street and are always up for chat.

It is a pet friendly complex as well.

Also and the best part. I'm there too haha. But all in all a clean very well maintained house. Happy for you to use the garage as I have barely used it.

About the occupants
Hi im Brady 34 years of age. I am the house owner and living there as well. I play rugby and like to get out and about and go fishing or camping when I can.

I play rugby through the winter months and love watching my NRL and AFL as well as other sports so kayo is a big thing in the household.

I'm a fun guy and get along well with most people. All I ask is that the rent is paid and the house is respected and looked after while spending time there.

I work in the security field and also work for the government. Currently looking for other work as it is time for a change.

Also due to working for the government I don't take drugs nor can be there them for drug testing purposes at work. So the property is a drug free zone. Plus neighbours with young kids may not appreciate it.

So that is me in a nutshell. Very reasonable fun and don't mind cooking.
