Description of the home

I am looking for ladies to share with me in Brighton in north Brisbane, Queensland in Australia. The house is newly renovated and just one block from the waterfront. You will need to lodge an application with the real estate, either as a tenant on the lease and pay a bond or as an approved guest. I am happy to sign your rent certificate.

I will be living upstairs in the main bedroom that has a parent’s retreat and ensuite bathroom.

The kitchen and dining room are on the upstairs level too and these will be a comnunal spaces.

There is a living room with a flat screen TV that will be furnished and 3 bedrooms with built in cupboards on the lower level with a bathroom to share. The laundry is also shared and is on the lower level.
I have a friendly little Maltese.
Bedroom 1 has A/C $250 p/w
Bedroom 2 and 3 $200 p/w
Electricity and WIFI included.
Rooms can be furnished if required.
There is one spare off street parking space.
There is a grocery store, chemist and hairdresser in walking distance and a bus into Sandgate for other facilities.
My son will look after the yard work and I can grow us some vegetables.
