Hello!

Our housemate is moving in with her partner so now we have room to spare (two rooms in fact!). On offer is two unfurnished (Can be furnished with a double bed and side table if needed) queen sized rooms to use as you please, turn one into a personal lounge room or use it as a home office, the choice is yours! You will also have exclusive use of the main bathroom.

Other than your rooms the rest of the house is furnished (although we have a really small couch so you’re welcome to bring one along to add to the lounge) but if you have some furniture that needs to move with you we can find some space.

The rooms are available from the 16th of June however approval will need to be given from the real estate and bond paid before you move in.

The rental price of $270 includes rent, internet and a cleaner that visits each fortnight to clean the bathrooms, kitchen and communal areas.

PS. Our lease finishes up on the 30th of November and at that time Cam and I will be moving out (likely in the week or so before) so at that time you’re welcome to stay on and find new housemates or use the next few months to find somewhere else that you love!

Bills and expenses

Water (Approx $50/qtr), Gas ($60 when empty) and Electricity (Approx $40/m) is split evenly when the bills come. 😊
