The house is very nice and easy to live in this area lots of shops, cafes, buses, close to bush walking, close to city and close to entertainment. We have coffee machine and all shared areas expenses covered in bills of common areas. Washing powder, caffeine, washing liquid, shampoo, conditioner, soap, cling wrap, kitchen , laundry and common areas items all included. We have easy going house , house cleaner fortnightly and enjoy stress free living . With everything sorted .
We all work hard play hard in this house. We work study and have interests and hobbies of our own.

We are very friendly and clean.
The home is roomy and gorgeous! It's got everything you need. There's lots of storage. Plenty of nice spaces to sit and quiet time to yourself.
Its a 3 bedroom home . You can easily get to anywhere you need it's close to bus stops local shops and cafes. 10min to the city. Public transport is very close.
The lounge has air con and the kitchen has a dishwasher coffee machine. Gym down stairs .
The rooms are great sizes and have good outlook. The house has heaps of light. There is a deck to relax on. The local area has everything super close!
The house is close to bush trails and bike paths as well as the city!
