Description of the home

Note: I have two big beautiful dogs that need love and care. I'm out a lot, so I'm really looking for someone that loves dogs and wants to help me feed, walk, and take care of them. I'm willing to negotiate on the rent for someone like that.

About the home:
Located in a quiet part of Banyo, 10-minute walks from the train station, shops, and lovely cafes. A short bike ride to ACU.

The house has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living space with lots of nice amenities such as a (proper) coffee machine, a fancy water filter, and robot vaccum.

The couch, TV, and lux surround sound system, for the popcorn flicks, are here.

There is also a separate second living space / breakout room / home office, for when you want some peace and quiet instead.

There's a large patio, with BBQ, day bed, a hammock (so chill), and decently big backyard too. Perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Bills and expenses

Electricity, water, gas, internet are all divided equally between occupants
