Annerley is 5.5km from CBD with easy transport nearby. All amenities within 8 minute walk.
If you like a clean, hygienic home then this is your heaven - mature but fun-loving people.
This is NOT a share house - it’s a home and you are renting a room and sharing common areas with mature people.
If you hate cooking, I can even provide amazing dinners for $12 a night as needed. I just text you what's on the menu, during the day, and you can opt in or out.

There is no TV in living area.

Bills and expenses
Power and Water Costs are included in the rent - therefore we keep showers to a minimum (e.g. around 5 minutes) otherwise pay extra to cover the increased consumption cost.
Wifi: You can contribute to the unlimited wifi by paying $5 per week extra.
Use of the washing machine $5 per load. Laundromat down the road if you prefer.

Sandra - publicist/event organiser/musician - works from home. Plays piano occasionally. Listens to music while cooking, or on weekends. Great cook. Gym lover. Keeps everyone on the straight and narrow re cleaning!

Will bring goodies home to share occasionally - because Sandra is
always happy to share baked goods or desserts.
The kitchen is quite compact and it's necessary to negotiate a time for doing big cook-ups, to avoid clashing with others' cooking needs. If you want to cook for the other residents, that's great and we will always contribute to costs; or Sandra will offer you meals she has prepared for a "cost" price of $10-$12. We'll always communicate by Whatsapp or SMS and expect the same from other "homeys" to ensure a harmonious and peaceful household.
