Hi there

I will be moving out and needing to find a house mate by the 13th of April for this bedroom where you will be sharing a massive 4-bedroom 2 bath house with 3 other room mates within their early 30s. We are an incredibly relaxed lot and just expect someone who has rental experience in keeping theirs and communal spaces clean after use and have a dependable income. We like to do dinner nights together and be social, so someone who can gel in with that would be great!

Situated in the heart of Albion and within 10 minutes from the train station and bus stop while also being a stone throw distance away from Fonzie Abbott, Brewtide and other amazing local food and beverage venues. There is a car port that we share at times but you will find the street park situation isn't too bad.

About the occupants
So the other three tenants are within our early 30s and are vastly different people from eachother but still manage to create a solid dynamic in the house sharing lots of laughs!

Michael: is a 34 year old Electrician from out west whose into his footy, books, music and tv shows.

Tony: is 35 who is into his martial arts and runs a business from his office space upstairs.

Elise: is 31 who is highly creative and fun person to be around and works as a industrial architect.
Compatible people
Ideally you would want to be someone who puts an effort into being social and personable, as we have lots of yarns in the kitchen and lounge room. We rotate with our dinner nights and so some cooking potential would be really handy also! If you own heaps of stuff there is some space to utilise it's storage but we can't blow up the place out of proportion by leaving things out in the open everywhere.

We're an open minded lot, we don't care what or where you come from, just as long as you are responsible and respectful of the house and it's occupants as they will show you nothing but the same to you.
