Room has a wardrobe & chest of draws and a Ceiling fan.

It's a great relaxed place to call home.
Very comfortable and chilled. (Not a party house)
It's only a 5 minute walk to Albion train station, Albion Hotel, shops and restaurants.
With super market close by.

We enjoy a chat, drink share a meal and hangout. respectful of everyone's space .
The house is a cohesive team living together.
Onstreet parking with no restrictions.
A large bathroom with 2 toilets
Very large living room with direct access to veranda and a open plan kitchen dining.
The apartment has a lovely secure homely feel about it..
You feel it as soon as you walk in, Calm and relaxed.
