It's a great apartment, with a big living area, a modern kitchen, and the balcony has ocean views. The street is a cul-de-sac, so it's tranquil. The bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe, and there is storage space in a dedicated room downstairs. The room has a queen bed, in case you don't have one.
I work, live a healthy lifestyle, am currently studying at tafe and keep my home as a sanctuary. I'm a 37 year old female and have been living in the northern rivers for 6 years.
I'm looking for a housemate who has a positive attitude, preferably working and has similar values.
The rent is $280 per week.
