I am a full-time online student and single mother with 2 kids under care of weekdays, living at St Clair modern double storey house. The ensuite room with own bathroom/toilet is located upstairs with optional furniture provided (King size) and walk-in-robe.

I ONLY consider Single Tenant renting to full-time basis Worker with stable income and working history from Monday to Friday normal biz hours, clean, neat and well-mannered quiet personality because of my two primary schoolers sleeping early 8/9pm from Monday to Thursday night at my care with my ex husband. Bills included in Rent $300 pw, only 1 week bond required and no timeframe of stay. No party, no bad habits. Contract sign prior to move-in.
