Description of the home
House is very spacious and close to St Clair train station (10 min to city). Semaphore beach is 10 min car ride. Perfect for those having to catch a train/bus to CBD during the week, but want to enjoy the beach on the weekends. Also, many parks near by.
If you WFH you can have an office outside your bedroom (there are plenty of space in the house for that, including another spare bedroom that can be negociatate to turn into an office for you.
Room can come with furniture if you like, but it's currently unfurnished. House is fully furnished and has everything you need + a cute dog.
If you love animals this is the place for you. I have a Golden cross White Shepherd, very friendly and well behaved.
