Large private bedroom at the back of the house. It has double glass sliding doors with screens that open out to back courtyard and another separate entrance door into house.

Room would fit double/queen size bed easily with possibly lounge too. It’s a very large room (more like games/rumpus style at back of house).

Room currently has large built in corner desk as well as pool table which can be used if your like or moved to end of room and used to put tv on etc. And a dart board.

There is a second toilet just inside the laundry (next to this bedroom) which can be easily allocated as your private toilet should you with. There is another in the shared bathroom for everyone else in the house to use.

There is a second small side lane/courtyard on other side of house which can only be accessed from that bedroom which has a small clothes line in arvo sun for your use and room for a small table a chair or two!

Room can be accessed through main house but also via the carport and back courtyard if ever preferred.
