bus at the door to ttp. supermarket at fairview pk is 10 mins on foot. tea tree plaza is a short drive. there is a resident small dog. Three blokes plus a teen daughter currently very settled in. two toilets separate from bathroom.

About occupants
there are three unrelated men who appear to work and get along OK I am told that one prefers to cook and that another is good for tidy up. The dog small and friendly belongs to landlords son a former resident now in Darwin. Seems happy. could do with some walks. Probably couch surfs. there are doggy barriers to the bedroom doors. The main chap I deal with is Les and he has his teen daughter staying over regularly. Les works in a nursing home kitchen on split shifts and is the alpha cook in the house. There appears to be no conflict about having the lass there with the other tenants. As a landlord I do not know a lot about the boys except they got on alright with our son and their rent is regular. Any problems we are a short drive away.
Compatible people
The boys stay out of each others hair and are kind to the dog. There is cooperation over use of kitchen. There have been no incidents or complaints. It is an adult household that copes with having a teen girl intermittently.
