Description of the home

We have a furnished bedroom available to rent in our North Adelaide townhouse.

We are located in a great spot in North Adelaide. The house has high ceilings, heaps of natural light, and downstairs is open plan and spacious. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 toilets.

The house is fully furnished and comes with dishwasher, aircon / heating, and unlimited internet. There is a washing machine (no dryer) but the washing line is large and undercover. There is free, unlimited on street parking, and there is some storage space in the garage. The shared TV has access to all major streaming services.

We live very close to bus stops and it is an easy walk into the city and universities. Around the corner on Melbourne Street we are close to a few nice coffee shops, pubs, and restaurants, as well as a variety of exercise, massage, and pilates studios.

We're looking for someone who's easy going and tidy. 🏳️‍🌈 friendly.

The room is available to move into 12th April onwards, but open to discussing an alternative date if needed. Payment of bond will be required to secure the room.

Unfortunately we are not allowed to have pets, sorry! But we have befriended a family of local magpies who visit occasionally.

Bills and expenses

Rent includes unlimited internet. Electricity and water bills are every 3 months, and split equally.
