My listing which is usually on Airbnb is now available only due to a cancellation and it will be nice to try this , new to me , approach .
I now have a cheeky Female 4 year old French Bulldog .
She’s adorable and loves people .
She sleeps on her bed in my room at night ;-))

Description of the home

It is a very light and bright , open plan home with Polished oak boards in the Living areas and carpeted Bedrooms.
The adjoining kitchen is a real treat with all you would need to cook up a storm .
The Bathroom is very nice and there is a seperate Loo .
I will always give you, the guest , first dibs on use that suits your needs.
There are a choice of Bedroom - I don't mind .
The Larger Chambre Chic Bedroom with walk in robe and Tea making facilities has direct access to the Courtyard and you would be made to feel very welcome to enjoy the leafy garden area to relax .
There is a small flatscreen tv in each room and digital radios and work desks in both .
The Divine Den at the front of the house is as it implies , with space made in the bookcase should you wish to use it as a real studying spot .
It is a lovely room also with Tea making facilities and plenty of storage for your clothes and to make for a peaceful stay !

Here at Mile End, the bus is just at the corner and in 10 minutes you are into the City Campus or for work.
Then also it is only a 20 minute ride down to the best of Beaches at Henley or Grange.
The same bus live runs directly to Airport and on the Harbour Town and Glenelg .

It's great living Wes' side with it's vast array of Restaurants and cafe's down the End of the street at Henley Beach Road .
