I am looking to rent out the master bedroom of my fully furnished unit. I am moving abroad and am looking for a tenant to share a living space with my older brother. My brother (30 years old) keeps to himself, enjoys video games and works as a night-shift delivery driver. The ideal tenant would be someone clean, not a party animal and responsible.
The fully furnished room includes the bed and extra clothing rack (there is already a built in wardrobe); however, if you do not require the bed, it could be removed.
There is a spacious courtyard if one cares for an outdoor space :D.
