Description of the home
The house has a large spacious lounge area with open plan living involving the kitchen and dining area. The house has recently been painted and is in good condition. The bedroom comfortably fits a queen bed and there is a built in wardrobe (photos contain floor plan). There is a double garage - I've currently got an older car so would be mostly happy parking on the street. Hence this area could be used for storage or parking your car there if preferred. There is a small space out the back with lawn to chill out and enjoy any sunshine you can get in the Adelaide winter.
Personally I feel the biggest perk is the location. It's a brisk 15 minute walk to the beach or 4 minute car ride and is situated in a new sub-division - good infrastructure with roads and walking track near-by. There is a train and bus stop each about a 10 minute walk away.
