You are responsible for the security of the house, ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the house, front gate shut, ensure all lights and air conditioning is switched off before you leave.
If you lose your key, reported immediately to us, do not attempt to break into your room and replacement key Will be given to you from a key safe, this key must be returned to the key safe when used. If not the next time you are blocked out a locksmith will be called at your expense.
All residents are entitled to a quiet atmosphere in the house, please be considerate of the noise level both for the house occupants and the neighbors.
The kitchen cannot be used between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, this includes microwave kettles washing of dishes etc.
The washing machine can only be used between the hours of 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM
will be asked to leave the property immediately if you display any anti-social behavior, including but not limited to, excessive noise, aggression to other residents, either verbal or physical, deliberate destruction of the property, excessive drunkenness or not following the household rules.
