House is quiet, safe, secure, peaceful, friendly, happy environment.

Only 3km to Colonnades shopping centre, Noarlunga Centre Railway station & Bus interchange.
5 minutes walk to local bus stop.

My home gym is only for emergency if i cant go to gym.
Hiking, beach walking or along the river, Onkaparinga recreation park close to my home & road cycling.
I am a Ex Personal Trainer & father of 2 girls my both daughters own their houses close to my house.
I am a very clean and tidy man.
I'm introvert man, when i know someone well then I can socialise.
But also appreciate private time as well.
*I clean house my self very regular. House is always spotless.
Where possible I try and keep noise levels to a respectful level so as not to disturb my housemates or neighbours.
I do have a long time partner but Jacquie lives in her own house.
