This is a luxury house for those who appreciate the finer things in life. The home features multiple shaded areas outside, allowing you to enjoy your coffee while taking in the weather. There is undercover parking with a remote-controlled roller door. The house has high security, with locks and deadbolts on all external doors, as well as door locks on the bedrooms to ensure your privacy. Each bedroom features a spacious mirrored wardrobe with ample storage, including drawers and hanging space. Each bedroom is air conditioned, and a room heater is provided. Some furniture is available for the bedroom, should you need it. Each bedroom can accommodate a queen-size bed and is equipped with a TV point and multiple power outlets. The kitchen boasts a Pura Tap, coffee machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a shower, spa bath, and personal storage in the vanity unit. In the laundry, you will find a large washing machine and dryer. The lounge room features a fireplace, comfortable lounges, and a large-screen smart TV. There is also a formal dining area for meals. Outside, there are lush gardens, fruit trees, and a vegetable garden, should you wish to grow your own! There is also an outdoor large screen smart TV, sound system, and BBQ. All bills are included in the rent, including internet. Also included in the rent is a cleaner and a gardener. The house backs onto a national park with walking/cycling tracks, close to O'Bahn, bus stops, and Tea Tree Plaza, along with multiple other conveniences. It is a short 20-minute drive to Adelaide CBD.
