Beautiful bedroom sharing with 35 yr old professional female. Three bedroom stunning beach side home ‘Costa Del Sol’ meaning ‘Home of the Sun’ with a stunning ‘Palm Springs’ vibe.

You will have your own private bathroom, study nook & wardrobe. The bedroom is master sized with beautiful plantation shutters overlooking a bamboo garden. Fully furnished & ready to move in.

Looking for someone similar to me either female or LTBGQ male who loves animals, friendly, likes own time but also doesn’t mind going to the gym or a beach walk together (the home is a short 5 minute walk to Henley Beach front)

Added bonus if you like a TV binge & a vino! ALL bills, internet, streaming tv subscriptions, furniture & a fortnightly cleaner & gardener are included in the weekly rent (though I like to be clean & tidy it saves so much time for more enjoyable activities getting professionals in!)

The 3rd smaller bedroom will be used for shared storage or the occasional guest.

A love for dogs is a must as I often have a furry friend or two staying who will require many pats & the occasional treat!
