A terrific area to live - peaceful, safe, and convenient... with only a 10 minute drive away from the city, and great locations like Frewville Foodland and the Arkaba Hotel within walking distance. The Glenside community is incredibly welcoming with friendly people at every turn. The apartment itself is wide and expansive - with a unique layout providing much more room to move than in most 3 bedroom apartments. The balcony is MASSIVE, with a beautiful view of the trees and the nearby park. There is a car park located in a secure underground car park, and a storage cage in the basement (keep in mind there's not loads of space as this will be shared with two other housemates!)

Hi everyone, I’m Josh. I'm head tenant here. :) I’m 23 (he/him), have lived in Adelaide my whole life and am currently working in broadcast television.
My hobbies include film, acting/performance, internet culture, listening to orchestral film scores, and just having general fun with friends. I’m a creative person, so I spend a lot of time bunkered away occupied by writing or video editing.
While I like to be social and can have a good chat and a laugh, my social battery isn’t huge and I am normally quite socially exhausted after a work day - which means I am more of an introvert and will respect your personal space as much as I respect my own! There will be no expectation on my part for us to have a chat every time we see each other in the house… but I’m normally happy to talk if you like. As long as you have that same expectation and you can respect my space, I’m sure we’ll get along just fine. :)
I barely drink - and never do it at home - I don’t smoke, and I don’t do any drugs.
No pets here. I'm easygoing, like to keep things tidy and don't use the kitchen a crazy amount. These days I don’t stay up that late, and don’t make much noise unless I’m on a discord call, laughing at Instagram memes, watching a movie or TV show in my room or happen to be filming a video of some kind (not terribly frequent).

We don't really do group meals, don't tend to hang out together much, and don't expect you to engage in conversation with us when you see us around the house. (Although we're normally happy to chat if you like!) Moving in with us doesn't mean you're automatically locking yourself into any activities or friendships - you can really just do your own thing and we're completely fine with it. 🙂
We don't really have a strict system on cleaning (although this could change with a third person) - we kind of just clean what we see as we see it. So if you're tidy, and good at cleaning up after yourself, you should fit in great! 😊
