The house is new, modern, and ideal for one tenant plus myself (the owner), built in 2021, located in a quiet street in Findon. The home is perfect for someone looking for a calm and respectful living environment. It features ducted air conditioning throughout for year-round comfort.
The tenant’s room is fully furnished with a queen bed, built-in wardrobe, desk, chair, TV, Apple TV, and a box fan. The tenant will also have exclusive use of a private downstairs toilet, with the shared bathroom upstairs reserved for shared use of the shower and bath only.
The shared living spaces include a kitchen equipped with new appliances (fridge, washing machine, air fryer, microwave, and slow cooker).
