The house, built in 2021 and located in a quiet street in Findon, is new, modern, and ideal for a tenant with no furniture. It is perfect for someone looking for a calm and respectful living environment. It features ducted air conditioning throughout for year-round comfort.
The tenant’s room is fully furnished with a queen bed, built-in wardrobe, desk, chair, TV, Apple TV, and a box fan. The tenant will also have exclusive use of a private downstairs toilet, with the shared bathroom upstairs reserved for shared use of the shower and bath only.
The shared living spaces include a kitchen equipped with new appliances (fridge, dish washer, air fryer, microwave, food processer and slow cooker). Also, Washing machine and dryer in garage, plus free weights/home gym.
