Looking to rent out the third bedroom in a three-bedroom household.
There is me Alicia (owner) who lives in bedroom one and Emily (tenant) who lives in bedroom two and here are 2 very cuddle cats who will make you their new best friends.
Our ages range from 20’s-40’s.
We are all expected to keep the living areas clean and tidy after using them.
The bedroom can come furnished or not. Currently there is a queen bed with sheets, quilt, pillows and covers, there is a desk, lamp, and side table. All can be removed if you have your own furniture.

I am looking to open my house up to a third housemate in my 3 bedroom house. Our lovely tenant and friend is moving out this weekend and leaves the third bedroom up for rent. I am only looking for female housemates to apply.
