Description of the home
2 rooms for rent in a large open plan house. The rooms we are looking to rent is room 2 and 4 which is approx. 4.0x3.0m and 2.8x3.5. The rent we are looking for is $230 for room 2 and $210 for room 4 the per week. Bills will be split evenly. The house is located approx. 5 mins from local shops and a 2 min walk to the bus stop. Garage parking available depending on size of car and working times. Driveway and off street parking also available. Must be a lover of dogs as we have a 1 year old cavoodle (Benji).
