Description of the home
I have a lovely home and looking for the right person to rent a room to.
Please note - a proper queen bed frame and mattress will be provided (pic is airbed I’be been trying to fix- note “trying”…, a bamboo clothes rack will be provided too, and the wall bars moved.
I have an awesome garden with food for caring for and eating. That’s for sharing as is the lounge, bathroom, kitchen, and space will be provided / made for your good and needs - can chat about that when we message/ meet. (The office, training room, and my bedroom are for my use only - you’re not paying half the rent due to this :) )
I run my training business from there but it’s not noisy and very small classes of 3-4 people a max of 3 nights and up and o 2 mornings a week.
It’s not a party house - I work part time and have fatigue issues so do keep to myself a bit but am friendly and do my own food but happy to break bread together from time to time.
I do smoke “at the moment” but outside and working on cutting down and quitting. ASAP!

Bills and expenses
Bills will be split. The owner has the electricity in their name so we split it fairly when it comes in which is monthly, I’ll cover water/ it’s partially included not fully, due to the garden.
Wifi is also included and good quality due to me working online.

I’m almost 45 and have a wonderful dog called Buddy who is my bestie. He’s 12 and has arthritis so he has meds and some pain. He’s super loving and friendly.
I work as a support worker and run my own coaching and PT/ training business as well - that’s from home, only a few nights a week & very low key and non intrusive.
I’m passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals - while I achieve mine! And making things that help people, like courses and writing books.
I’m in recovery from 6 hard years of business that I had to shut down and looking to make life simple by diversifying my income and having someone likeminded to share the rental load. So I’m pretty tired, easy going, just looking for a good fit for ideally around 3 months possibly 6.
I’m happy to meet and show you around and chat. Massive points if you like a garden with food and can help out a bit!
We’re not far from the beach at Christie’s beach - about a kilometre away.
I mainly keep to myself and make my own food as I need, happy to share together when we can.
If someone has furniture I’m happy to chat about if and how it can be used. I’ll wait a hot minute before buying a bed.
