Approximately 18 minute driving to Adelaide CBD，or public transport bus (route 202，203，206，208，209 bus), Approximately 20 mins to the city centre.

House rules strictly No pet, no smoking, no large gathering nor sleepover. Clean and tidy occupants only. Short term or long term stay is welcome. Please get in touch if interested.
