Description of the home

The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, but is fairly decently sized. The closest bus stop into the city is right out the front of our house. It is located in Blair Athol, about 15-20 minutes from the city centre and is in walking distance to the local IGA and to many shops. You will be living with Laney, myself and our FOUR cats. The open room does not come furnished, but the house has everything you would need, and space to make it your own home too! With the three of us, your rent is around 200pw (depending on the room,) which does not include bills.

Bills and expenses

Bills are divided equally by the number of housemates. The landlord pays a portion of the water as he likes the sprinklers on. I budget $75 a week and this covers me for gas, water, electricity and internet.

Laney is 27, loves to play video games and loves an ice cold beer on a hot day. (Jordy) am 25, vegan, love to listen to music and to try new and exciting hobbies. Jordy has her bed in the largest room and Laney has her bed in the smallest room but as a couple, we cycle between each room for never-ending sleepovers. We are both very easygoing and am very open to moving furniture / changing spaces so we can all feel at home!
